This is the second time we've used Fresh Start Movers and again, they were the epitome of efficiency, professionalism and compassion. Chrissie and Jimmie arrived on time to pack up two apartments for the movers the next day. They were very orderly and picked up after themselves so we were ready to go. Unfortunately, we had a family emergency the next morning and had to cancel the move. We needed to postpone the move day until further notice. Christina was so accommodating and did everything in her power to reschedule the move as soon as the schedule allowed. Her communication and respectfulness was exemplary and made a very stressful situation much easier. From our first experience, we knew we could trust Fresh Start. Alex and Johnny arrived on early on the rescheduled date and worked efficiently to pack up and then drove 4 hours to the new location where they were unpacked and helped to arrange the furniture from two apartments into a one bedroom apartment.
