We had to cancel and reschedule **twice** because of circumstances completely out of the movers’ control, and through all of it, Fresh Start Movers stuck by us. **Christina in the office was absolutely fantastic.** She showed tremendous patience, understanding, and professionalism throughout the entire process. She never made us feel like we were a burden, even with all the changes and uncertainty we were dealing with. Her communication and willingness to work with us made a very stressful situation a whole lot easier. When moving day finally arrived, the **four movers were outstanding**. They were extremely accommodating, professional, respectful, and worked their butts off. They handled our furniture carefully, worked efficiently, and never complained despite what had already been a long and complicated process.
