- Information you give us directly. When you request a quote, call, email, or fill out a form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, origin and destination addresses, the type of move you need, and any details you share about the job (number of bedrooms, target date, stairs, special items, etc.).
- Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) and tag manager (Google Tag Manager) record standard web traffic data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate geographic location. This data is aggregated and used for website improvement and marketing-effectiveness measurement.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to quote requests and communicate with you about your move.
- Prepare written estimates, contracts, and Certificates of Insurance.
- Schedule and execute your move, including coordinating with destination buildings, property managers, and storage facilities.
- Comply with state and federal regulations applicable to household-goods movers (NJ Division of Consumer Affairs registration; USDOT / FMCSA recordkeeping for interstate moves).
- Improve our website, services, and customer experience.
- Send you transactional messages (quote confirmations, schedule reminders, follow-up surveys) related to your move. We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the following categories of third parties, and only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers we depend on to run the site and the business. This includes Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Maps, Business Profile), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (transactional email delivery for the contact form), and our insurance carrier. Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.
- Building management and property partners at your destination, when issuing a Certificate of Insurance or coordinating freight-elevator access — only the information needed to complete that coordination.
- Government authorities when required by law, including USDOT / FMCSA recordkeeping requirements for interstate household-goods transport.
We do not share your quote details, move details, or personal information with marketing partners, lead-resale brokers, or any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics 4, ID G-5F16PNHSTF) and tag management (Google Tag Manager, container GTM-KP43RNQ). Your choices
- Access, correction, or deletion. Email us and we will respond to any reasonable request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, within 30 days.
- Opt out of analytics. Use a browser-level tracker blocker, enable "Do Not Track" in your browser, or install the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Quote-related email. Reply "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any email we send and we will remove you from further communication on that quote thread.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
